I’m passionate about teaching people how to achieve their goals efficiently. As a Westside Barbell-certified strength and conditioning coach and a PMBIA-certified mountain bike coach, I use proven methods for gaining strength and durability along with carefully scheduled “polarized” training to make sure that you are progressing toward your goals in the most efficient way possible. I am a firm believer that specificity reigns supreme, strength helps everything and passion for your health, sport and well-being are are worthwhile pursuits that not only make you enjoy your life today, but also sets you up for a lifetime of good habits and health for years to come.
